    At SanHel 3D Gifts, every piece is made with care and attention. We want you to love your ornament — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

    Change of Mind (Online Purchases)

    You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

    The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

    Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

    Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

    Please note: handmade and 3D-printed items may show small variations — that’s part of their charm!

    Custom or Personalised Orders

    Customised or personalised ornaments (for example, with names or dates) cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.

    Faulty or Damaged Items

    If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days with a brief description and photo.

    We’ll cover return shipping and offer a repair, replacement, or full refund.

    Exchanges

    To exchange an item, please return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order for the one you’d like instead.
    Exchanges depend on stock availability.

    Returns & Packaging

    Please package items carefully — ideally in their original box — to avoid damage in transit.
    We recommend tracked postage; we’re not responsible for items lost during return shipping unless arranged by us.

    Custom and personalised orders

    Yes! Most items can be personalized with names, dates, short messages, or color options. Just add your request in the personalization box or message me before ordering.

    How long does it take to make my order?

    Every item is made to order using high-quality 3D printing.
    Production time is usually 1–2 business days , personalised gifts may take 1-3 working days. Large or custom items may take slightly longer.

    What is 3D printing and will my item look exactly like the photos?

    3D printing builds objects layer by layer. This means small layer lines or minor variations may appear. This is normal and part of the handmade nature of 3D-printed products.

    Custom and personalised orders

    Most items are printed in PLA, a durable, lightweight, and eco-friendly material made from corn starch. It is safe, odorless, and ideal for home décor and gifts.
    For outdoor items and the ones that should be resistant to temperature over 60°c please message me and I will make it with ABS or ASA.

    Can I cancel my order?

    You can cancel before production begins.
    Once printing starts — or if the item is personalized — cancellations are no longer possible.

    Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    • Personalized items: Not returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
    • Non-personalized items: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
    Buyer pays return shipping. The item must be unused and in original condition.

    What if my item arrives damaged?

    If your order arrives damaged, please message me within 7 days with photos. I will replace the item or provide a refund. Your satisfaction is a priority.

    Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

    Yes! I can include a free gift message.
    Gift wrapping is available on request — just send me a message before purchase.

    Do you accept bulk, wholesale, or large quantity orders?

    Yes, absolutely! Perfect for events, corporate gifts, weddings, or holidays.

    Yes — worldwide shipping is available.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change! Here’s how cancellations work at SanHel 3D Gifts.

Before Production or Dispatch

You may cancel your order any time before production begins or before it ships for a full refund.

Just contact us via Etsy messages as soon as possible with your order number.

After Production Has Started

Once production has started — especially for custom or personalised ornaments — the order cannot be cancelled, since the item is made specifically for you.

If your item has not yet shipped and is a non-custom design, we may still accept a cancellation and issue a refund (minus any material costs, if applicable).

After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, if the item is not custom-made, you may still use your 14-day cooling-off right under Irish and EU law (see our Return Policy).

Custom or Personalised Orders

Irish and EU consumer law does not require sellers to accept cancellations for custom-made or personalised goods once production has begun.

That said, if we haven’t started printing yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Refunds

Approved cancellations are refunded in full to your original payment method within 14 days.
